PJ59 approach blink cylindrical maps

PJ59 approach images are projected into cylindrical maps. Since those images cover about 20 hours, they can be merged into two global maps separated by about 10 hours.

Slightly color-enhanced and sharpened versions show zonal cloud motion when blinking betweem those two merged maps.

The resolution is 10 pixels per degree, north is up, the projection is equidistant and planetocentric.
