The images of the synopsis are derived from raw Perijove-03 images. They are almost illumination-adjusted, but not white-balanced. Illumination adjustment is based on a method remotely similar to deLambertianing, but much more sophisticated, working with a polynomial of degree five, and based on solar incidence and emission angle, rather than deLambertianing that is based on a polynomial of degree one of only the cosine of the solar incidence angle. Illumination adjustment is intentionally imperfect in order to leave some 3d impression, and in order to avoid a non-intuitive terminator. Its 21 coefficients have been infered from Perijove-06 images, and testet here for applicability to Perijove-03. Known repetitive camera artifacts have been patched by nearby colors. Images are rendered in a perspective similar to Juno's position at respective image stop time.
