This image has been taken during Juno's Perijove-10 Jupiter flyby. It is rendered directly from the raw in one monolithitic step, except file format conversions.

It's decompanded, reprojected to the image stop time, approximately illumination-adjusted on the basis of an illumination model derived from Perijove-06 TDI 2 images, enhanced to the 4-th power of radiometric data, and most repetitive camera artifacts have been patched using nearby color data.

The projection is spherical/cylindrical with 30 pixels per degree with the render position of the camera at the center of the sphere.

The shift of Juno's orbit with respect to the position of Jupiter is providing us with new perspective views of Jupiter.
