White Swirl in Equatorial Belt NorthWest of Great Red Spot (GRS) [ID: 1238]

Although this color of this POI is different than the GRS, it may have structures and properties similar to

that of the GRS. If so, it could provide more clues about cyclonal structure and duration on Jupiter; especially when they appear in EB's which seem to act like 'jet streams'... How could such structures persist in the environment present in the EB's? Are the Cyclonal winds stronger than those in the surrounding environment of the EB? Or is there another mechanism at work here?

    Where can I find ID 1238 in the Imagery? if my suggestion was accepted, I would like see the imagery that the coordinates in the proposal pointed to. Thank-you in advance for your time and effort in this matter.
