This area is interesting because it is the intersection of three competing wind currents in Jupiter's cloud layers. At this point, two of Jupiter's cloud bands meet everyone's favorite storm, the Great Red Spot. I think that since it is almost certain that we'll get to see many pictures of the great spot itself, it'll also be cool to see how it effects the area around it!

Thank you for the chance to suggest this as a POI, you guys on the Juno mission REALLY nailed it. I can't wait to see what sort of science and images Juno produces!
