Description
Ch4 data. Imaged Jupiter July 15th in good seeing targeting the region between Oval BA and the GRS. I note a prominent bright oval toward the P limb on the edge of the NPR. Very fine detail is recorded within the NEB with two dark features on it’s Southern edge extending into the EZ. Very intricate structure is resolved along the Northern edge of the SEB, the GRS chimney remains open and the structure of the following disturbance is well seen. Circulation is seen within the GRS and there is a prominent very compact dark spot on the trailing edge of the GRS in the STZ. Oval BA is well resolved as is the disturbed region following it. There is also a small bright spot toward the P limb in the SSTB.
