Description
CH4 data. Imaged Jupiter September 5th targeting a CM transit of the NTrZ #2 outbreak. The session started quite early with the sky very bright and the image still a little unstable but improved as time went on. Have nice depth of detail across the field I note a small red oval on the Southern edge of the NPR toward the P limb with a formation of v-small dark spots aligned in the NNTeB. The head of the NTrZ #2 outburst is quite concentrated and I measure it to be at approx Lat+23.5 L1 114.4 there is an associated trail extending down and to the west I measure this section to be centered on approx Lat+22.1; the 685nm IR, R and RGB data resolves a darker feature streaming back and also to the west this darker feature is very bright in CH4 and UV data. The intricate structure within the EZ and SEB is reasonably well resolved. A formation of four bright ovals is aligned in the SSTeB.
