About This Round
The perijove latitude of Juno's orbit continues its march northward, so the campaign for this orbit continues to focus on storms in the north polar region and the northern circumpolar cyclones. Io will be imaged to look for plumes on the terminator.
Perijove Predict Map
About Perijove Predict Maps

Every perijove pass we have the challenge of predicting where Points of Interest will be as the different zones of the planet have different wind velocities. This map shows our effort to rotate the latitudinal zones with their different wind speeds to predict what will be under the Juno groundtrack.

Winner Selection
Lightning search images will be taken on approach. The perijove swath from north to south is interrupted near the equator for an image of Io. Departure images will cover one rotation of Jupiter.
